Our products are designed to bring delight and our team takes great care in packaging each product to guarantee its safe delivery to your doorstep. If for any reason they fall short, we are here to help.

In rare cases, a manufacturing defect may be present in the delivered item. Rest assured, if eligible we will promptly exchange your purchase with a new piece.

• If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 
• Please note that return will need to be sent to the following address: H2 Backside, DSIDC Industrial Complex, Rohtak Road, Nangloi, New Delhi- 110041
• The fresh piece will be on its way as soon as the exchange item in verified at our warehouse.
• Exchange of the product can be done within 2-3 business working days.

 

Please make an unboxing video while opening the parcel, no defect in the product will be considered without video being shared within 24hrs of receiving the parcel.

There is no Return and Refund policy. Exchanges are only accepted under specific circumstances.
