Shipping policy
We provide free shipping for all orders within India (through normal courier service). Our processing time is 2-3 working days (for dispatching the goods through courier if in stock), with delivery taking 5-7 working days (as per courier service) to reach your address / location.
Items featured on our website may sometimes not be readily available in stock. In such instance, the process of dispatching the goods will require some extra business days, in addition to standard shipping duration for your order to arrive.
SHIPPING PROCESS
- Once your order is confirmed, our team starts processing the order.
- The product to be sent is checked as per our quality standards, undergoes a thorough inspection for any defects or discrepancies.
- The product is then packed securely to avoid any damage in transportation and handed over to the courier service for delivery.
- As soon as the product is shipped you will receive details for order tracking.

d) Do you provide Cash on Delivery?
COD is available in Delhi - Gurgaon. (Rs. 200 extra on total payable bill)
e) Can I track my order?
Yes! you sure can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive dispached courier details from us with the tracking ID of the respective of the courier, you can simply enter your order number or full AWB to check where your order has reached or how long will it take to get delivered by the courier service.
Note: We totally rely on the courier service provider for delivery of goods safely in time, and also there could be some further delay in shipping to certain remote locations / areas in India where limited courier service is available.
